Ghanaian Highlife crooner, Peter Fameyeh Bozah, widely known in the music industry as Fameye has asserted that his relevancy in the Ghanaian music industry does not depend on TikTok trends.

He revealed that his interest has always been to make good music and should the TikTok community decide to assist in the promotion, he has no issues with that but their claims of being the ones behind all the trended songs hold no substance.
He also added that he would never discriminate against musicians contracting TikTokers to promote their songs but that gives them no bragging right to make untrue assertions about their prowess in the music industry.
Fameye also mentioned that music is way bigger than TikTok and for him, he doesn’t need the platform to make his songs make waves.
